About the Rev. Prof. Emmanuel K. Larbi

Rev. Prof Emmanuel Kingsley Kwabena Larbi is the Founder and Chancellor of Regent University College of Science and Technology, Ghana. His distinguished and daring pioneering efforts led to the establishment of Central University College, Ghana, where he served as its founding President (founding Vice Chancellor) from November 1998 until July 2003.

Professor Larbi has a very rich working experience as a Teacher, Theologian and Administrator. He has also served as the Chairman of the Code of Conduct Sub-committee of the Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) which produced the Code of Conduct for the political parties towards the 2000 Presidential and Parliamentary elections in Ghana.

Prof. Larbi holds a Doctor of Philosophy – PhDTheology/Theological Studies from the prestigious University of Edinburgh – 1991 – 1995
